We value your time and we hope you’ll value ours. To avoid losing time that could be spent providing services to our wonderful guests, we require clients to provide a 50% deposit to reserve treatments. Guests are able to reschedule their appointment 1 time and reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before their treatment time. After rescheduling once or within 24 hours of a scheduled treatment, no appointment changes can be made. Late cancellations or excessive rescheduling will result in forfeiture of your deposit. If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your appointment start time, your appointment will automatically be canceled and you will lose your deposit. All refunds will be issued minus processing fees assessed by our third-party payment processor. We are continuously updating our policies to try to offer the best possible experience for our guests so check back with us periodically for changes.
